Outlook - BCM 2010 report error

When trying to run a report in BCM 2010 I get the following error.

the report.  Please reconnect to the database and re-launch this report.  If
that does not work you may have to restart of reinstall BCM. Details: This
parameter does not yet have a valid data type"

I have un installed and reinswtalled still no luck.  And this error is only
when trying to generate a report for Business contacts of leads.  Accounts on
Opportunity reports work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you filed a bug with the Outlook BCM beta team?

Does this happen only on this workstation or can you replicate the
behavior on other workstations?

Leonid: This problem is occuring on all workstaions sharing this DB.  Based
on the post on the BCM blog i sent a frown per their instructions.

Raul:  I will enable logging and then post the file.

Below is the the error log.  I ran an account report first that worked and
then a business contact report and a lead report thatboth had the same error.

Apologizes for the delayed response was out on vacation .

I did review the logs provided , I would want to know if we did add a
customized field to the Business contact manager form of type URL ?
