Outlook - Shared Calendar

Hi,
Our Company VP has shared his calendar with his assistant, who went on
leave and had set OOF. now when somebody schedules a meeting with the VP
they are getting the OOF replies.
Has anybody come across this issue or know how to stop this from
happening ??

Did you try removing the assistant as a delegate? Or changing the delegate
permissions so she does not get the meetings?

Outlook Appointments not showing up in Day / Week / Month View I am trying to fix this problem for a co-worker. His Outlook is not displaying the appointments in his day / week / month view. Outlook Hide details for a shared calendar I have 3 shared calendars for our 3 meeting see the name of the owner then that would be a bonus. We are useing Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003.
