Created a mail-merge doc from Outlook Contacts to Word using Avery Rolodex
Card format. All info looks good except you can't tell one phone number from
another. Is there a way to identify one or more fields by name i.e. fax,
cell?

I'm not sure how Avery Rolodex creates its merges but usually you just type
static text yourself in a mail merge.

In the older versions of Outlook you could change the editor from Word to a standard html-editor, but you can't do that in 2007. What shall HTML in your Sent Items folder? If so, the conversion is not taking place in Outlook. - - Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http: / / www.howto-outlook.com / Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins
