Outlook - Business Card

For the past 2 days, I am getting the following message when I am sending a
mail:
Unable to attach business card to message. Do you want to send
anyway?

I have tried saving the vcard to another location and importing it but still
not able to resolve the issue. I shall appreciate if a solution is provide
to me.

Thanks for your guidance but let me correct the steps mentioned:

RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, choose the new vCard name in Outlook Express:

On the Tools menu, click Options then Compose then select Stationery and
Business Card
Click the new vCard name in the Card box.
Click to select the Attach card to all outgoing messages check box if you
want Outlook Express to attach the vCard to all outgoing mail messages.
