Outlook - Working off line

Is there a way to permently keep Outlook Express from reverting to working
off line?  I have unchecked the line under Files to not work off like, but it
keeps coming back.  I am tired of having to check "Do you want to work online".

Assuming this does not happen with any other program, changing to working
offline on its own should never happen. You may have a damaged identity
especially if it is the default Main Identity. File | Identities | Add New
Identity. Import all your messages and address book and make this the
default identity. Does that help?
