Sometimes emails do not show the purple reply arrow or blue forward arrow on
the envelope icon next to the message - even when a message has been replied
to or forwarded. Suggestions or ideas?
It can depend on account type. You say "sometimes". Can you specify a
difference between those messages where it shows and those where it doesnt,
like "replied from a different account"?
