Outlook - Unable to Open HTM attachments

Outlook 07 suddenly cannot open HTM attachments, but worked earlier today.
Checked folder options and it is set to open htm and html files with IE. Get a
message "Cannot create file WEBMAIL.HTM. Right-click the folder you want to
create the file in and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check
your permissions for the folder."  WEBMAIL.HTM is the name of the attachment.

I have uninstalled & reinstalled both Outlook and IE.

Oh, I forgot to mention that the file cannot be saved either to see if it
will open.
Same message appears.  I can forward the message w/attachment to my computer
and am able to open it without any problem.

Empty your Outlook's temp folder and try again.
