Outlook - Can't follow links in Outlook.

In Outlook, when I click on a link I get the message "This operation has been
cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.  Please contact
your system administrator."  Can anyone help?

Reassign your favorite browser as the default again in Windows. How depends
on your version of Windows and your preferred browser.
