Outlook - remove outgoing company message

I want to send out an email without the company disclosure.  How do I removed
it it goes out automatically when we send out an external email.

sounds like something set on the server and you have no control over it

if its added by the mail server after you hit send, the only way to prevent
it is by not sending the message using the company server.

You cannot and you should not even try.  It is THEIR property, not yours.
You are using their workstation on their real estate on their network
and using their mail server connecting using their contracted ISP.  The
disclosure is added by their mail server.  If you want to send personal
e-mails devoid of their disclosure then send them using your own e-mail
provider through your own personal e-mail account.

E-mails sent through the company mail server should be related to your
employement there.  Personal e-mails should be handled through your own
e-mail provider.
