We have an HP All-In-One printer. We are looking for a program that can
allow us to use the scan to email function but also allow us to either import
the Outlook Address Book or can connect to Outlook so that we can use the
Address book email addresses. Is there such a program? HP does not have one.

It would depend on how that application of HP works and how it reroutes it
to Outlook.
Doesn't eventually an Outlook mail form open up? In that case you can
address the message at that point.
Another way to do this would be to scan from within Outlook instead;

If you want your scans to show up as attachments instead of as pictures in
the message body, then you can also use the Scan & Attach add-in;

No outlook message form opening. There is an application that HP provides
but it requires you to populate its own address book before a generic message
form opens and then it routes the message thru outlook to send it out.
I will try your weblinks to see if that is a good alternative. Thanks for the
help

Saving attachments to folder from public folder Outlook Hey there! I am currently working on a project that involves merging data from many into one Excel workbook for analysis. The csv files are sent to a public folder (outlook: \ Public Folders \ All Public Folders \ etc. . .) I thought the easiest way to do this would be to import the data straight from Outlook to the Excel file but after much painful testing I could not get it to main mailbox folders, not public and am unsure why. . . I have almost no experience with Outlook coding so any help is appreciated! This is the current code: If there is a instead of using a selection, that is fine too! Public Sub SaveAttachments() Dim objOL As Outlook.Application Dim objMsg As Outlook.MailItem 'Object Dim objAttachments As Outlook.Attachments Dim objSelection As Outlook.Selection Dim i As Long Dim lngCount As Long Dim strFile As String Dim strFolderpath

Trying to get my head around IMAP Outlook My ISP have recently moved their servers to Gmail and Hence IMAP seems to be me a few headaches though, not least of which is the following. I have configured Outlook 2007 (SP2) to save my sent mail in the "Sent" folder on the IMAP server items from both machines. This seems to work fine when composing new email from within Outlook itself, by clicking the "New" button on the toolbar. If, however, I decided to send Email), the message gets saved in my local not even sure if this is an Outlook, Office or Windows issue (I am using Vista Ultimate SP2) but is this normal? If so, is there any way around it?
