Outlook - Recommend an Outlook add-in for archiving

Hi,
I have a client who is an email packrat - he keeps everything and will
not be persuaded otherwise. Currently he is running Outlook 2003
connecting to a corporate MDaemon server running IMAP.
The problem that we have is that his current PST file is 10GB which is
insanely large. I am looking for an archiving utility that will allow us
to archive email to archive PST folders (1 per yr) with the messages in
their same folder structure as the main pst file.
Does anyone know of a utility that meets these needs ?

You do not want to use the native Archive.PST that Outlook provides?

File-> Archive...
Then set the date and the name of the pst-file to archive to.
Note that this is based on the modified date though and not the received
date. Depending how he has been dealing with his emails, how old they are
and when his last rebuild was, this might not match.

Problem seeing some characters when sending email to Outlook client Outlook Using VB6, I am sending an HTML email using SMTP. Looking for good email program? Outlook Hi forum members, This is the first time I have posted at this forum, and to an excellent internet / web based email. With Microsoft, it appears I have two choices, Outlook, or Outlook Express. What is the future of Outlook? Outlook I have been using Outlook for about ten years and so have a lot of data that I wish to preserve. But Microsoft seem to be abandoning Outlook (unless you use are a corporate user and have Exchange server). I am a private across a variety of devices is still important to me. This is not possible with outlook - unless you have Exchange. So my question is - do I abandon outlook amd move to Windows live mail (with its shortfalls compared to Outlook)?
