I am wanting to set up different groups of contacts in my email that can be
available to everyone in our office network. Is this possible and how would I
do this? I am thinking that there would have to be some way to save it to the
server but I am not sure and cannot figure out how to do this if it is
possible. Help!!

You might consider posting some actual information.
What exactly is your "office network" and what provisions have you made for
data sharing?
