outlook 2000 doesnt work in windows7

get operation failed message when i try to open outlook 2000 in new windows 7
upgrade...XP, 2000 compatiblity mode doesnt help...any ideas?

That said, Outlook 2000 _may_ work if you install it in
Corporate/Workgroup mode.
