Here is the setup: Outlook 2010 Pro, Windows 7 Pro 32-bit, GMail
Business account set up using Google Apps Sync, Microsoft Essentials.
Here is the issue: selecting multiple emails in Inbox, forwarding by
right-clicking creates a new message WITH attached messages. The email
WITH attachments leaves Outbox. Copy of email WITH attachments is
placed in Sent Items. The email arrives WITHOUT attachments.
Additional info: The same symptoms are experienced on another Windows
7 with Outlook 2010 Home and Business, different Gmail Business
account, Symantec Endpoint Protection client.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
